Pros:

Flock prevents us from having to stop what we are doing to go over to someone else's desk to communicate with them.

Flock makes is easy to send out office wide messages to go to each person who has been added to our chat.

Flock allows multiple chats to be set up under each account. For each chat, the original person who created the chat can choose who is in the chat and also whether each person is allowed to read-only or to also send messages.

Flock has a built-in to-do list. On this list, you have the option of assigning each task to a different person/user and then can check off each item as it is completed.

Cons:

There is a 10,000 message limit but this shouldn't be too much of an issue unless you are sending LOTS of messages.

Audio and video quality can sometimes be distorted during video chats.
